No refunds for downloaded files
Due to the digital nature of our products and their immediate availability via download after purchase, we do not offer refunds or credits for downloaded files, except in cases of verifiable technical problems as described below. Once a file has been downloaded, the sale is considered final. Before purchasing, you have the opportunity to review the product previews, descriptions, and specifications provided on the product page.
In accordance with applicable law (including EU Consumer Rights Regulations), by completing your purchase and initiating the download, you give your express consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby waive your statutory right of cancellation.
Exceptions for Technical Issues
We handle verifiable technical issues on a case-by-case basis. If you encounter a technical problem that prevents you from downloading or using the purchased file as intended (e.g. a corrupted file, incorrect format, or a file that is significantly different from its description/preview), please contact our support team at support@cup-prints.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and a detailed description of the problem (screenshots are helpful if possible).
We will investigate the problem promptly. Our primary resolution for verifiable technical issues is to provide a corrected or replacement file. MB Digi Verslas reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether a technical issue is verifiable and warrants a replacement. In rare cases where a replacement is not possible, a refund may be considered.

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
